RESTORED CHURCH OPENED WITH MESSAGES OF PEACE

Surp Vartanants Armenian Church at Ferikoy, restored by Sisli Municipality, was opened with mass conducted by Armenian Patriarch Mesrob Mutafyan.

In the ceremony attended by Sisli Mayor Mustafa Sarigul, Mutafyan said “the restoration of the Church by Sisli Municipality, is a sign of the toleration atmosphere ruling in our country”. Sarigul said that he was happy that the church was opened on the “World Peace Day”.
