No one knows where ASALA fighter was buried. . .

St. Poghos-Petros church in Paris offered a liturgy on Sunday in memory of ASALA freedom fighter Levon Ekmekdjian.
On August 7, 1982, ASALA organized the Esenbog(a International Airport attack in Ankara, Turkey. It was perpetrated by the "Pierre Gulumian commando" group from the Armenian militant organization ASALA (Armenian Secret Army for the Liberation of Armenia). The attack, called Karin-Erzrum by ASALA, was carried out by Zohrab Sarkissian and Levon Ekmekdjian. Sarkissian was killed during the attack while Ekmekdjian was wounded and arrested. He was found guilty of carrying out armed action and sentenced to death on 7 September 1982. He was hanged on 29 January 1983, it being the last death penalty carried out in Turkey
It is still unknown where Ekmekdjian is buried. Turkey rejected the demand of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to return the martyr's body to his family.
