Attention:

This document is written after the 30.10.1918 Mudros Cease Fire, by the puppet Ottoman Government members, who intended to demonize CUP goverment members who had fled to Germany on Nov.2,1918, hence it should be considered with reservation, most likely being a "counter propaganda" endorsed by occupying forces!
