3135) Congress Report 266: American Mission To Armenia

Its aim was to report actual conditions viewing to take Armenia under USA’s mandate as strongly wished by the Allies. At that date Armenia was a sovereign republic founded on 28.5.1918 which entered under Ottoman protection a week later.
