Foreword: The purpose of this research is to bring into light, different views and excerpts from unbiased neutral or anti-Turkish sources. Any country that is in war, keeps victory as the top priority and realizes that tremendous loses it would impose. Below article of a reputable and neutral military history writer, serves the purpose of proving the military obligations for relocation of the civilian people, in particular Armenians, who had special resistance cells organized throughout the country.
