The Israel-Palestine conflict is a great handicap for the Near East peace. This question cannot ve solved until a State of Palestine is founded with its capital in Eastern Jerusalem.

THE EU WHICH CANNOT SOLVE its OWN PROBLEMS

Tides such as racism and Islamofobia spreading increasingly within European Union, brings impossibilities to peace projects. I do not think that an EU which cannot solve internal problems can be effective on global matters

THE ARMENIANS WHO LOST THEIR LIVES WERE OTTOMAN CITIZENS

Let the Armenian diaspora ask their 40 thousand kinsmen living in Turkey if they are faced with aggression. We do not approve disregarding the pains which were suffered, but we neither can accept competition of sufferings. Those Armenians who lost their lives were Armenian Ottoman subjects. To use history as a tool of hatred and grudge, will serve bring no advantage to the Armenian community primarily.

2- USA Constitution Art. III Part 1: [The judicial Power of the U.S. shall be vested in one supreme Court, and in such inferior Courts as the Congress may from time to time ordain and establish.]
Question: Are the US President or Congress/Senate people authorized to act JUDGE by their constitution and in particular in other sovereign countries?

3- UN Resolution 260 Art.6: [Persons charged with genocide or any of the other acts enumerated in Article 3 shall be tried by a competent tribunal of the State in the territory of which the act was committed, or by such international penal tribunal as may have jurisdiction with respect to those Contracting Parties which shall have accepted its jurisdiction.]
Question: Which authority has procured or applied for procurement of this COMPULSORY CERTIFICATE?

4- European Court of Justice Den Haag verdict 62003TO0346: Art.19: It suffices to point out that the 1987 resolution is a document containing declarations of a purely political nature, which may be amended by the Parliament at any time. It cannot therefore have binding legal consequences for its author nor, a fortiori, for the other defendant institutions. Question: Do you agree with Authority? If not, why and what makes you disobedient?

5- European Parliament on March 12, 2015: [77. Calls, ahead of the 100th anniversary of the Armenian genocide, on all the Member States to acknowledge it, and encourage the Member States and the EU institutions to contribute further to its recognition]. Question: Can the European Parliament decisions overrule U.N. and European Court of Justice?

6- Note by Sir Eric Drummond on 1.3.1920, General Secretary of the League of Nations: " “Further, in Turkey, minorities were often oppressed and massacres carried out by irregular bands who were entirely outside the control of the central Turkish Government”" Question: Do you respect League of Nations’ authority and declaration! This annuls any genocide claims!

7- League of Nations Official Gazette Sept.21, 1929: [Powers had said to the Armenians: “If you fight with us against the Turks and if the war ends successfully for us, we promise to give you a national home, liberty and independence.” The Armenians fought for the Allied Powers. 200.000 volunteers sacrificed their lives for the cause of the Entente; but when the peace was signed the promise given to the Armenians was forgotten] Question: Doesn’t this document prove treason of (many young) Armenians? The Armenian innocent families were either to be pushed to Russia or temporarily resettled inland. In most other countries they could be killed like in Philippines in 1900s like “kill over ten because they can use a rifle” or “water torture?”

8-“US Senate Doc.266, April 13,1920 Report of General Harbord Commission; P35: [ “We know, however, so much to be a fact that the Armenians in the new State view are carrying on operations in of exterminating the Moslem element in obedience to orders from the Armenian corps commander. We have had copies of their orders under our eyes. That the Armenians of Erivan are following a policy of extermination against the Mussulman and this wave of sanguinary savagery has spread right up to our frontier is also established by the fact of the presence within our borders of numerous Moslems fleeing from death on the other side”.]
Question: What constitutional authority do US Administration and Congress have to disrespect?

9- U.S. National Archives Ref. 184.021/175 - Constantinople, Aug. 16, 1919" (Report of Captain Emory Niles and Arthur Sutherland): [" At first we were most incredulous of the stories told as, but the unanimity of the testimony of alt witnesses, the apparent eagerness with which they told of wrongs done them, their evident hatred of Armenians, and, strongest of all, the material evidence on the ground itself, have convinced us as of the general truth of the facts, first, that Armenians massacred Musulmans on a large scale with many refinements of cruelty, and second that Armenians are responsible for most of the destruction done to towns and villages.]
Question: Is this report untrue? If not, what written evidence do you have for claiming the opposite?

10- US report 24.3.1921 by acting High Commissioner in Istanbul: list of 625.000 Armenians in various towns

11- US Near East Report Senate Resolution 22.4.1922, giving number of total Armenians in the region: counts a total of 1.414.000 Armenians alive.

12- According to joint French-Armenian Land Distribution Commission report of March 1, 1914 total Armenian Population in the Ottoman Empire was less than 1.3 million for sure. According to the official letter dated Dec.11.1918 by Boghos Nubar head of the Armenian Delegation given to French Foreign Ministry, the total number of relocated Armenians was 600.000 to 700.000 only. Question: How you can kill 1.5 million out of 700.000 and have a balance of 1.4 million needs to be answered by US authorities. The big lie and nonsense is proved.

13- Prof. Justin McCarthy, reputed demographer calculates total Armenian deaths for all reasons for the period of 1914 – 1922 as 584.000. This is logical and confirmed by other sources as well. Other than the 200.000 who sacrificed their lives themselves for the Power we must take into consideration another loss of 195.000 Armenians in Armenia during their 30 month Dashnakist Republic because of epidemics and starvation.

This is confirmed in: " A.A. Lalaian was a Soviet historian of Armenian origin and his editorials relating to the “Dashnak” period of Armenian Republic were printed in the Russian magazine Revolyutsionniy Vostok (Revolutionist East) No. 2-3 of 1936, translated into English as Anti-Revolutionist Dashnaksutyun and Imperialist War 1914-18. The magazine was edited by the Nationaland Colonial Studies Organization. " If we deduct 395.000 out of 584.000 we have a balance of only 189.000 who died of all causes. So, the actual losses due to all reasons under Ottoman rule come to be about 200.000. By error margins this figure is estimated at 250.000. Question: Which of the above documents to you object to be untrue? What documentary or neutral eye witness or logical explanation do you have for deaths which started at 300.000 and escalated to 1.5 million? No grand-ma stories or tale books.
